  1. Which borescopes have Explosion-proof certified?
    Our CT series, with certificate of conformaity of Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Atmospheres.
    Approved by National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for low voltage explosion-proof electrical apparatus (Liaoning, China)

  2. Does the product have a warranty?
    Yes, for product defect (non-human damages), we provide one-year warranty.

  3. How long does it last for work? Can I buy a battery for replacement?
    Most can work continuously for 4 hours, some models can be replaced with batteries.

  4. If only the probe tube is broken, can I buy the probe tube alone?
    Yes, the detection tube of most models can be replaced.

  5. Is the detection tube waterproof, acid and alkali resistant?
    Waterproof, no acid and alkali resistance test report.

  6. How to choose between CT and CK sereis?
    Both CT and CK series are the choices of many consumers.
    If the frequency of use is more, it is recommended to use the CT series.
    The tip articulation angle of CT series is also wider.
    The LED brightness of CT series is brighter, and some software functions are also more, and also comes with basic screen measurement that the CK series does not have.

  7. The customer wants to use the borescope to see the blockage of the drain pipe, but he will encounter a corner and need to bend?
    After our actual test, our borescope can pass two 90 degree bends.

  8. What should be paid attention to when using the detector tube?
    Do not bend, straighten, or shake the detection tube with force, and the curled circle diameter should be at least 30cm when packed

  9. Will the lens of the pipe borescope get stuck when there are stones or cement in the pipeline?
    Gravel and cement in pipes can be removed with a brush first

  11. How to clean and maintain the detector tube lens?

  13. Does the borescope have a measurement function?
    Generally, borescopes do not have a measurement function. Some multifunctional borescopes provide simple measurement. For example, the CT Series will display a scale on the screen. If you need accurate measurement, you can use the CF Series for measurement. Can provide more accurate 3D measurement function.
